Sklenený kábel Lindy 46360 1 m OM4 LC na SC, jadro 50 µm, ružový

The Lindy 46360 is a 1 m multimode OM4 fibre optic cable with LC and SC connectors. It has a 50 µm core diameter designed for high-speed data transmission with low attenuation. The cable's pink jacket provides easy visual identification in installations while maintaining standard performance for use in data centres, server rooms and home networks.

Advantages

OM4 multimode fibre with a 50 µm core supports higher bandwidth over short to medium distances compared with lower-grade multimode fibres. The combination of LC and SC connectors provides flexibility when connecting equipment with different port types. A 1 m length offers a compact connection option for patching and short interconnects, and the coloured jacket improves cable management and identification.

Suitable for

• Interconnects and patching in data centres and server racks
• Short-distance high-speed links within network cabinets and comms rooms
• Connecting devices in home or small office fibre networks

Key specifications

• Fibre type: Multimode OM4
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Length: 1 m
• Connector types: LC to SC
• Cable jacket colour: Pink

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces for cleanliness before installation and, if necessary, clean with appropriate fibre cleaning tools. Align and insert the LC connector into the LC port and the SC connector into the SC adapter or port until secure. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; maintain the manufacturer's minimum bend radius for multimode fibre. Use cable ties or Velcro straps to secure the cable without compressing the jacket.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the Lindy 46360 OM4 cable for short to medium distance links and pair it with compatible OM4 transceivers or equipment. Regularly inspect and clean connectors, and store spare cables in a dust-free environment to prevent contamination and signal degradation.
