Advantages

The stainless steel blade maintains a sharp edge for consistent peeling performance and resists corrosion for longer service life. The ergonomically shaped handle provides a secure and comfortable grip, reducing hand fatigue during repeated use. The peeler’s balanced design enables precise peeling along curved surfaces and around irregularly shaped produce, while its compact size supports convenient storage in a kitchen drawer.

Suitable for

• Peeling potatoes, carrots and root vegetables
• Removing skins from apples, pears and stone fruit
• Preparing vegetables for soups, stews and salads
• Small food preparation tasks in home kitchens

Key specifications

• Blade material: stainless steel
• Handle: ergonomic design for comfortable grip
• Type: horizontal hand peeler suitable for right- and left-handed use
• Intended use: manual peeling of fruits and vegetables
• Storage: compact size for drawer or utensil holder

How to use

Hold the peeler by its ergonomic handle and position the blade against the produce skin. Apply light, even pressure and move the peeler along the surface to remove thin strips of skin. For round or curved vegetables, peel away from the body or turn the produce as needed to maintain a steady angle. Rinse the blade under running water after use and dry thoroughly to maintain blade condition.

Recommendations

For best results, use the peeler on firm, chilled produce and maintain a steady, moderate pressure. Regularly clean and dry the blade after washing to prevent moisture-related wear. Store the peeler in a dry place and avoid contact with harsh abrasives to prolong the life of the handle and blade.
