Vidlička na zemiaky Westmark Gentle čierna model 28142270, hroty z nehrdzavejúcej ocele, plastová rukoväť

The Westmark Gentle potato peeling fork (black model) is a kitchen utensil for handling and removing skins from boiled potatoes. It combines stainless steel prongs for a secure grip on hot tubers with a heat-resistant black plastic handle shaped for comfortable manual control during repetitive tasks. The tool is intended for use in domestic kitchens and professional food-service environments where safe, efficient handling of cooked potatoes is required.

Advantages

The stainless steel prongs provide a firm, corrosion-resistant grip that pierces potato skin without excessive damage to the flesh. The plastic handle offers heat resistance and a non-slip surface for safe operation with hot ingredients. The overall construction is lightweight and easy to rinse, supporting hygienic use and straightforward maintenance.

Suitable for

• Removing skins from boiled potatoes
• Handling hot tubers during plating or food preparation
• Use in home kitchens and small-scale professional catering

Key specifications

• Prong material: stainless steel
• Handle material: heat-resistant black plastic
• Design: fork-style with multiple prongs for secure gripping
• Weight: lightweight construction for comfortable manual use
• Cleaning: easy to rinse and maintain hygiene

How to use

After boiling potatoes, insert the stainless steel prongs into the tuber near the skin and lift or twist gently to hold the potato while removing skin with a knife or by peeling with fingers. The handle is designed to remain comfortable and secure when working with hot ingredients; avoid gripping the metal prongs directly. Rinse the tool under running water after use and dry to prevent residue buildup.

Recommendations

For safe operation, use the fork with oven mitts or a towel when handling very hot potatoes. Do not use the fork for prying heavy objects or as a substitute for other utensils to avoid bending the prongs. Store in a dry place away from direct heat to maintain the integrity of the plastic handle.
