Skrutkovací káblový viazač DeLOCK 18864 nylon čierna 200 mm 10 ks

The DeLOCK 18864 screw mount cable tie is a black nylon cable organizer designed for secure and tidy fastening of wires and cables. At 200 mm length and 3.6 mm width, each tie provides a compact and reliable way to group and route cables. Supplied in a pack of 10, these screw mount ties include an integrated head that accepts a screw for fixed mounting to surfaces, enabling a more permanent attachment compared with standard self-locking ties.

Advantages

Made from durable nylon, the cable ties resist everyday mechanical stress and maintain secure clamping over time. The screw mount head allows for firm fixation to walls, panels or brackets, reducing movement of cable bundles and improving organization. Their black colour provides a discreet appearance in most installations and helps conceal wiring for cleaner visual presentation.

Suitable for

• Securing and routing power cables, network cables and signal wires
• Fixing cable bundles to walls, racks, cabinets or machinery panels where a screw anchor is preferred
• Neat cable management in offices, server rooms, industrial installations and home entertainment systems

Key specifications

• Material: Nylon
• Colour: Black
• Length: 200 mm
• Width: 3.6 mm
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Type: Screw mount cable tie with integrated mounting head

How to use

Wrap the cable tie around the cable bundle and insert the tail into the locking head until the desired tension is reached, ensuring cables are held firmly but not excessively compressed. Align the screw mount head against the mounting surface and secure it using an appropriate screw for the surface material. Trim any excess tail length if needed to avoid sharp edges and maintain a tidy finish.

Recommendations

For long-term installations, choose a screw type and length compatible with the mounting surface and avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to cables or the tie. Do not use these ties for lifting or support of loads beyond normal cable management duties. Consider cable spacing and heat dissipation when bundling power or high-current conductors.
