Use the touchscreen and side button to navigate menus, start sport modes, view health measurements and answer or make Bluetooth calls. Customize watch faces from the device or app and enable voice assistant and notifications as needed.

Recommendations

For reliable health tracking allow continuous heart rate or 24-hour monitoring in the app settings when needed, and ensure the watch fits snugly on the wrist for accurate sensor readings. Avoid exposing the device to high-pressure water despite IP68 rating and follow the user manual for charging and maintenance.
