Spínací aktor Busch-Jaeger 6251/8.8, DIN lišta, 8 kanálov, DC 21–30 V, 1380 W, 144×64,5×90 mm

The Busch-Jaeger 6251/8.8 is an 8-channel DIN-rail switching actuator designed for low-voltage DC control installations. It operates from a DC supply voltage of 21–30 V and provides centralized switching of multiple circuits in distribution cabinets, control panels or automation racks. The device combines compact dimensions (144×64.5×90 mm) with a rated switching capacity allowing up to 1380 W total, making it suitable for managing several loads while conserving panel space.

Advantages

The actuator offers eight independent switching channels in a single DIN-rail module, reducing the number of separate relays required. Compact housing dimensions simplify integration into standard distribution cabinets and automation panels. The device is built for DC environments and supports a 21–30 V DC supply range, which ensures compatibility with common low-voltage control systems. Its rated switching capacity of 1380 W supports a range of loads while keeping wiring and installation effort minimal.

How to use

Mount the actuator on a standard DIN-rail inside a dry, ventilated distribution cabinet or control panel. Connect a suitable DC supply within the 21–30 V range to the supply terminals, observing correct polarity. Wire each load to the corresponding channel output according to the installation diagram and local wiring regulations. Ensure the total connected load does not exceed the rated switching capacity and verify that individual channel loads comply with system requirements before commissioning.

Recommendations

Use protection devices such as fuses or circuit breakers on the DC supply and load circuits to protect against overload and short circuits. Follow applicable installation standards and perform testing after installation to confirm correct switching behavior and load distribution.
