Why choose it

The Staub La Cocotte is renowned for its self-basting Chistera lid—tiny spikes on the underside continuously collect and redistribute moisture, keeping dishes succulent without added liquid. The heavy cast iron construction ensures superior heat retention, reducing energy use and maintaining consistent temperatures. The multi-layer enamel exterior resists chipping and staining, while the black matte interior is perfect for searing and develops a natural patina that enhances flavour over time.
