Strúhadlo ZWILLING Pro 38 cm sivé — strúhadlo na kôru, dĺžka 38 cm, nerezová čepeľ

The ZWILLING Pro Zester grater in grey is a 38 cm long kitchen tool with a stainless-steel blade engineered for fine zesting and precise micro-shavings. Its extended blade length and sharp perforations create consistent, delicate shavings from citrus peel, hard cheeses, chocolate and dried spices. The grater’s ergonomic handle provides a secure grip for controlled movement, making it suitable for both professional kitchens and home use where uniform garnishes and subtle flavoring are required.

Advantages

The stainless-steel blade resists corrosion and maintains sharpness for reliable, uniform grating. The extended 38 cm length allows longer strokes and faster processing of larger fruit, blocks of hard cheese or long chocolate bars. The ergonomic handle improves control and reduces hand fatigue during repeated use. The fine-cut design produces micro-shavings that release aroma and flavor without removing excessive pith or volume from ingredients.

Suitable for

• Fine zesting of lemons, limes and oranges for cocktails, desserts and sauces
• Grating hard cheeses such as Parmesan or Pecorino for finishing dishes
• Creating delicate chocolate shavings for desserts and garnishes
• Grinding dried spices or hard nutmeg into fine particles for seasoning
• Professional kitchen use where consistent micro-shavings are required

Key specifications

• Overall length: 38 cm
• Blade material: stainless steel
• Cut type: fine zester / micro-shavings
• Color: grey (handle)
• Handle: ergonomic design for secure grip

How to use

Hold the grater by the handle and position the blade over the ingredient or a stable cutting surface. Apply light, even pressure and stroke the ingredient along the blade to produce fine shavings; for citrus, avoid the bitter white pith by grating only the colored outer peel. For hard cheeses and chocolate, use steady long strokes along the full blade length to obtain consistent micro-shavings. Clean the blade after use according to the manufacturer’s care instructions to preserve sharpness and hygiene.

Recommendations

Use a stable non-slip surface or hold the food over a bowl to collect shavings. Rinse and dry thoroughly after washing to prevent residue build-up; avoid abrasive cleaners that may dull the blade. Store flat or hung by the handle to protect the cutting edge.
