Pokrievka na hrniec de Buyer 3509.16 okrúhla nehrdzavejúca oceľ 16 cm

The de Buyer 3509.16 pan lid is made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a 16 cm diameter. Designed to fit a wide range of cookware — especially pans from the PRIM'APPETY range except rounded pans — this lid helps retain heat and moisture during cooking. The satin-polished finish resists corrosion and the welded tube bridge handle provides a secure, comfortable grip. It is dishwasher-safe; occasional polishing with a stainless steel paste restores its shine.

How to use

Place the lid on a compatible 16 cm pan to retain heat and moisture while cooking. Use the tube bridge handle to lift the lid; handle may become hot during cooking so use a cloth or oven glove if necessary. After use, wash in the dishwasher or wash by hand with warm water and mild detergent, then dry to prevent water spots.

Recommendations

To maintain appearance, occasionally polish with a special stainless steel paste. Avoid use on rounded pans where fit is not secure. For safe handling, allow the lid to cool or use protective gloves when removing from hot cookware.
