Svorka BESSEY EHZ60-2K viacfarebná 300 mm šírka 200 mm hĺbka 300 mm výška

The BESSEY EHZ60-2K clamp Multicolour 300mm width 200mm depth 300mm height is a compact, hand-operated clamping tool designed to hold workpieces securely during assembly, gluing, sawing or drilling. The clamp combines a multicolour finish with a robust clamping mechanism and dimensions suited for medium-duty tasks. Its 300 mm throat depth and 300 mm height give a practical working envelope while the 200 mm depth supports stable contact with varied workpiece shapes and sizes.

Advantages

The clamp offers steady, repeatable clamping force and an intuitive operation that permits quick positioning and release. Its construction provides resistance to twisting and deformation under normal workshop loads. The multicolour finish improves part visibility and identification in a crowded tool kit. Designed for both professional and DIY use, the tool balances strength and ergonomic handling to reduce operator fatigue during repeated clamping cycles.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Woodworking projects such as edge gluing, panel alignment and routing
• Metalworking light assembly, holding small brackets or fixtures
• DIY home improvements including dowelling, picture framing and furniture repair
• Workshop tasks requiring temporary, stable clamping during cutting or drilling

Key specifications

• Overall height: 300 mm
• Overall width: 300 mm
• Depth (throat or reach): 200 mm
• Hand-operated clamping mechanism suitable for manual tightening
• Multicolour finish for visual differentiation
• Designed for medium-duty clamping applications

How to use

Position the clamp so the fixed jaw contacts the workpiece and adjust the sliding jaw to the required opening. Tighten manually until the workpiece is held securely without over-torquing; the clamp is intended for hand-applied force. For glue-ups or multi-piece assemblies, check alignment before final tightening and protect delicate surfaces with thin sacrificial pads if necessary. Release by easing the sliding mechanism and removing the clamp when the fixture is no longer needed.

Recommendations

Use the clamp within its physical dimensions to avoid overstressing components. For prolonged clamping under heavier loads, distribute force with additional clamps or support blocks. Keep the sliding mechanism clean of debris and apply light lubrication if movement becomes stiff. Store in a dry place to prevent surface deterioration.
