Svorka na stožiar ShiverPeaks 89855-SET pozinkovaná oceľ pre rúru Ø40–42 mm

Mast clamp ShiverPeaks 89855-SET is a galvanized steel mounting clamp engineered to secure masts or poles with an external pipe diameter of 40–42 mm. Designed for outdoor mounting, the clamp set creates a corrosion-resistant mechanical connection suitable for fastening antennas, satellite dishes and other external fixtures to tubular supports. The galvanised finish extends service life in typical weather conditions and ensures a solid hold on round mast sections.

Advantages

The clamp is made from galvanized steel for enhanced resistance to rust and environmental wear, providing long-term durability in outdoor installations. Its design accommodates a narrow range of pipe diameters (40–42 mm), which enables a close, stable fit and reduces the risk of slippage. The set includes the components required for a standard mast attachment and offers straightforward mechanical fixation without the need for specialised tools.

Suitable for

• Securing TV or radio antennas to round masts
• Mounting satellite dishes on tubular supports
• Attaching outdoor fixtures such as weather sensors or small lighting to poles
• Temporary or permanent installations on metal or wooden structures using a tubular adapter

Key specifications

• Material: galvanized steel for corrosion resistance
• Compatible pipe outer diameter: 40–42 mm
• Type: mast/pipe clamp set for external fixtures
• Intended use: outdoor mounting on round tubular supports
• Connection: mechanical clamp suitable for bolted fixation

How to use

Position the clamp around the mast or pipe with an external diameter of 40–42 mm and align the mating faces. Insert and tighten the provided bolts evenly to achieve a secure mechanical connection, taking care not to overtighten to avoid deforming the mast. After fitting, check alignment of the attached antenna or fixture and perform a final torque check on all fasteners. For safety, verify that the mounting surface and mast are rated to support the load of the attached equipment before installation.

Recommendations

For best performance, install the clamp on clean, rust-free sections of pipe and apply thread-locking compound to bolts if subject to vibration. Periodically inspect the galvanised finish and tightening torque, especially after severe weather, and replace any corroded or damaged components to maintain a reliable outdoor mounting.
