Tefal Express Airglide SV8002 1,8 L Durilium Airglide žehliaca plocha modrá, biela

The Tefal Express Airglide SV8002 is a steam generator iron engineered for efficient, high-performance ironing. It combines a large 1.8 litre water tank with a Durilium Airglide soleplate to give sustained steam delivery and smooth glide across fabrics. With a powerful steam boost and a compact footprint, the unit is intended to reduce ironing time while offering practical storage and handling features.

Advantages

The Durilium Airglide soleplate provides enhanced glide and even heat distribution to minimise fabric snagging and accelerate crease removal. High steam output with a strong steam boost tackles stubborn wrinkles and shortens ironing cycles. A 1.8 litre water tank allows extended use between refills, while an integrated vertical steam function enables steaming of hanging garments and curtains. Compact dimensions and a 1.7 m power cord support convenient placement and storage in typical household environments.

Suitable for

• Daily ironing of shirts, trousers and blouses
• Removing deep creases from linens and tablecloths
• Fast steaming of hanging garments and drapes (vertical steam)
• Households seeking a balance of power and compact storage

How to use

Fill the water tank up to the indicated capacity, place the base on a stable surface and allow the unit to heat until the ready indicator signals operation. Use the steam settings appropriate for the fabric type and move the iron or steam head steadily over the garment surface. For vertical steaming, hold the garment taut and apply short steam bursts to remove wrinkles without direct contact. After use, empty any remaining water and allow the appliance to cool before storing.

Recommendations

For best results, set steam levels according to fabric care labels and test on an inconspicuous area for delicate materials. Use distilled or demineralised water if local water hardness is high to reduce scale buildup and extend the service life of the steam system.
