How to use

Use the touch control to select the desired frying temperature and allow the oil to preheat until the indicator shows readiness. Gently lower the food into the basket and lower the basket into the oil, monitoring cook time according to the recipe. Switch off and unplug the appliance after use, allowing the oil and unit to cool before emptying or cleaning removable parts.

Recommendations

For best results, use oils with a suitable smoke point for deep frying, avoid overfilling the basket beyond the recommended 1.3 kg, and follow temperature guidelines for different foods to achieve optimal crispiness while minimizing oil absorption. Regularly filter or change the oil and clean removable components according to the manufacturer’s care instructions to maintain performance and hygiene.
