How to use

Place the fryer on a level, heat-resistant surface and fill the oil container to the indicated level before use. Set the desired temperature with the controls and allow the oil to reach the set temperature. Place food in the basket without overloading to ensure even frying, lower the basket into the oil using the lever, and monitor cooking time. After frying, raise the basket to allow excess oil to drain, then transfer the food to a paper towel or wire rack. Allow the fryer and oil to cool fully before removing the basket and oil container for cleaning or storage.

Recommendations

For consistent results, preheat the fryer to the recommended temperature and avoid overcrowding the basket. Use oils with suitable smoke points for deep frying, and filter or change oil regularly to maintain food quality. Always follow safety precautions: keep the appliance away from water, supervise during operation, and ensure it is cooled before cleaning.
