How to use

Install the module into a compatible Teldat system slot following the system's hardware installation procedures. Configure each S0 port through the host device's management interface to select internal or external mode as required for your network topology. Connect ISDN terminals, PBX trunks, or telephony devices to the appropriate S0 connectors using standard S0 cabling. Verify link and signaling status via the system management tools and perform any necessary configuration of dial plans or signaling parameters on connected equipment.

Recommendations

Use shielded, properly terminated S0 cabling and follow grounding guidelines to reduce interference. Before installation, confirm chassis compatibility and backup system configuration. When switching port modes, verify device signaling settings to ensure correct call setup and avoid conflicts with existing ISDN lines.
