Telekonvertor Olympus TCON-T01 pre TG-1 TG-2 čierny

The TCON-T01 teleconverter for Olympus TG-1 (and compatible with TG-2) increases the camera's effective focal length to bring distant subjects closer while maintaining waterproof performance when used with the CLA-T01 conversion lens adapter. It attaches to the CLA-T01 adapter and allows greater telephoto reach for close-up and long-distance shooting, working alongside the TG-1's Super-resolution Zoom to achieve higher overall magnification.

Advantages

The teleconverter provides a compact, waterproof optical solution to extend the TG-1/TG-2 zoom range with roughly 1.7x magnification when used with the CLA-T01 adapter. It is quick to attach, maintains the camera’s waterproof capability, and preserves image quality for distant subjects, enabling stronger background separation when combined with the camera's zoom features.

Suitable for

• Outdoor and travel photography where added telephoto reach is needed
• Wildlife and sports shots of distant subjects
• Close-up long-distance portraits or detail shots
• Underwater photography when used with the CLA-T01 adapter

Key specifications

• Model: TCON-T01 teleconverter
• Compatible with: Olympus TG-1 and TG-2 (uses CLA-T01 conversion adapter)
• Magnification: approximately 1.7x optical (can combine with Super-resolution Zoom on TG-1 for higher effective magnification)
• Finish: Black
• Waterproof: retains waterproof capability when mounted via CLA-T01 adapter

How to use

Attach the CLA-T01 conversion lens adapter to the camera according to the adapter instructions, then mount the TCON-T01 teleconverter onto the CLA-T01. Compose and focus as usual; use optical zoom on the camera to frame the subject and, if needed, enable Super-resolution Zoom on TG-1 for additional reach. Ensure the adapter and teleconverter are securely fitted before using in wet conditions to maintain waterproof performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use the teleconverter on subjects with sufficient distance and light. Check attachment seals before underwater use and avoid exceeding recommended shooting conditions for the camera and adapter.
