Tepelná podložka Thermal Grizzly TG-CA-25-25-02

The Thermal Grizzly TG-CA-25-25-02 Carbonaut is a high-tech carbon fiber thermal pad designed as an alternative to mid-range thermal pastes. It measures 31 mm × 25 mm with a thickness of 0.2 mm, is black in color and comes in a box for safe storage. The pad is reusable, lightweight and compensates for small unevenness between surfaces while providing stable heat transfer. Note: Carbonaut is electrically conductive.

Advantages

Carbonaut pads combine a flexible polymer matrix with a carbon fiber structure to deliver high thermal conductivity even at low contact pressure. Their elasticity and gap-filling properties allow reliable thermal contact on slightly uneven surfaces, and the pads are reusable which reduces maintenance and replacement frequency. Thermal transfer performance remains consistent over repeated uses.

Suitable for

• Cooling between small electronic components and heatsinks
• Repair or replacement of mid-range thermal compounds in laptops and compact devices
• Applications requiring a thin (0.2 mm) thermal interface material

Key specifications

• Model: Thermal Grizzly TG-CA-25-25-02 (Carbonaut)
• Dimensions: 31 mm × 25 mm
• Thickness: 0.2 mm
• Color: Black
• Material: Carbon fiber thermal pad with polymer matrix
• Electrical conductivity: Yes (electrically conductive)
• Packaging: Box

How to use

Clean contact surfaces from dust and residues before application. Cut the pad to the required shape if necessary and place it between the component and the heatsink, ensuring full coverage of the contact area. Reassemble the device and apply normal fastening pressure; even low contact pressure provides effective thermal transfer. If removal is required, peel the pad off gently, clean surfaces, and the pad can be reused if it remains undamaged.

Recommendations

Use Carbonaut on components where electrical conductivity will not cause short circuits; avoid using it on exposed pins or uninsulated circuits. For optimal results, verify compatibility with the device’s mounting pressure and clearance before long-term installation.
