Remove the cooking basket, place food inside without overfilling, then slide the basket into the main cavity. Set the desired temperature and timer according to the recipe or food type. During cooking, you may pause and shake or turn contents for even crisping. After the timer finishes, carefully remove the basket using oven mitts or the handle and place it on a heat-resistant surface before serving. Allow the unit to cool before cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the appliance briefly when cooking frozen or breaded items, avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even air circulation, and wipe the interior and the removable nonstick basket after each use. Use small amounts of oil when a crisp exterior is desired; follow food-specific temperature and time guidelines to prevent overcooking.
