TP-Link INSIGHT S455 turret IP bezpečnostná kamera vonkajšia 2880 x 1620 pixelov stropná

The TP-Link INSIGHT S455 Outdoor is an IP security camera with a 2880 x 1620 pixel resolution designed for wired outdoor surveillance. This turret-style camera features a CMOS sensor, a 4 mm lens, and a wide horizontal field of view of 88° (vertical 46°, diagonal 105.4°). It supports detection up to 80 m, observation up to 33 m and recognition up to 16 m, and is supplied in a white finish suitable for ceiling mounting.

Advantages

The camera provides people and vehicle analytics to speed up post-event search, and distinguishes humans and vehicles from other objects for more accurate event notifications. Image quality is improved by True WDR for balanced exposure in high-contrast scenes, Smart IR for clearer night footage, 3D DNR to reduce noise while preserving detail, and automatic white balance. Efficient H.265+ compression lowers bandwidth and storage needs compared with H.264 and H.265.

Suitable for

• Outdoor perimeter and entrance monitoring
• Commercial properties and car parks
• Warehouses and loading areas
• Residential exterior surveillance

How to use

Install the camera on a suitable ceiling or overhang using the included mounting hardware and connect it to your network via Ethernet for power and data if PoE is supported by your system. Position the turret to cover desired areas, using the camera's field-of-view specifications to determine placement height and angle. Configure the device in the TP-Link management interface or supported NVR to enable analytics, adjust WDR and IR settings, and set motion detection zones and notification preferences.

Recommendations

For optimal detection and recognition performance, mount the camera at an appropriate height with an unobstructed view, avoid direct backlighting, and ensure the lens is regularly cleaned. Use H.265+ compression to reduce storage needs and enable people/vehicle analytics to refine event filtering.
