Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-M2-LULU-1M InfiniBand optický kábel LC LC 1m OM4

Indoor OM4 multimode fiber patch cable with duplex LC UPC connectors, 1 meter length. The Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-M2-LULU-1M is designed for InfiniBand and high-speed networking links, offering OM4 multimode performance and a full-duplex LC–LC connector pair for reliable data transmission in rack, cabinet, or patch-panel installations.

Advantages

This OM4 fiber patch cable provides improved bandwidth and lower attenuation compared with lower-grade multimode fibers, supporting higher data rates over short to medium distances. The duplex LC UPC connectors ensure precise alignment and consistent optical performance, while the 1 m length is suitable for tidy patching in dense networking environments. The cable is intended for indoor use and compatible with InfiniBand equipment that uses LC connectors.

Suitable for

• InfiniBand connections between switches, servers, and storage
• Patching between equipment in racks and cabinets
• High-speed multimode network links in data centers and telecom rooms

How to use

Route the 1 m OM4 LC–LC patch cable between LC-equipped ports on InfiniBand adapters, switches, or patch panels. Ensure connectors are clean before mating to avoid signal loss; insert each LC connector until the latch clicks and secure any cable management to prevent strain on the terminations. Test the link after installation to verify optical continuity and expected throughput.

Recommendations

Store and handle the OM4 fiber cable following standard fiber-optic best practices: keep connector endfaces capped when not in use, avoid tight bends and excessive pulling, and clean connectors with appropriate fiber cleaning tools before connection.
