Univerzálna panvica GreenPan Barcelona Pro okrúhla 26 cm, nepriľnavá, čierna

GreenPan Barcelona Pro round all-purpose pan, 26 cm diameter, is a stovetop frying and sauté pan designed for everyday home cooking. It features a thick aluminium body with a flat BalancePro™ base for even heating and stable cooking on gas, electric and induction hobs. The interior has GreenPan's PFAS-free Thermolon™ Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick coating with Scratch Guard™ technology and a seamless, rivetless surface that supports easy food release and simple cleaning. The cast stainless-steel handle and Pro-Tec reinforced rim add durability for frequent use; the pan is oven-safe up to 220°C and supplied as a single unit.

Advantages

The pan offers easy release and low-fat cooking thanks to its Thermolon™ ceramic non-stick coating that is free of PFAS. Its extra-thick aluminium construction combined with Magneto induction technology and the BalancePro™ base provides rapid and even heat distribution, reducing hot spots and helping maintain a flat cooking surface. The seamless interior prevents food from getting trapped under rivets and simplifies cleaning. The Pro-Tec reinforced rim increases resistance to chipping and allows light contact with utensils without damage. Its 26 cm size and moderate weight make it practical for a wide range of stovetop tasks.

How to use

Use the pan on compatible stovetops including gas, electric, halogen and induction. Preheat the pan on medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter if desired; the non-stick surface allows for reduced fat cooking. Avoid empty high-heat preheating for prolonged periods. The pan can be transferred to the oven up to 220°C for finishing dishes. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing and clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to protect the ceramic coating.

Recommendations

To preserve non-stick performance, use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils and avoid metal tools that can scratch the coating. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. For induction cooking, ensure the hob settings match the pan size to achieve efficient heating; when needed, use low to medium heat for most frying and sautéing tasks to extend coating life.
