USB 2.0 predlžovací kábel VALUE 12 m s opakovačom

The VALUE USB 2.0 Extension Cable with Repeater extends your USB connection up to 12 meters using a USB A male to USB A female interface. Designed for USB 2.0 signaling, the cable supports data transfer rates up to 0.48 Gbit/s and provides a powered repeater to maintain signal integrity over the extended length. The black cable is intended for situations where devices need to be placed farther from the host than standard USB cables allow.

Advantages

This USB 2.0 extension cable includes an active repeater that helps preserve data throughput and reliable communication across long distances. The standardized USB A connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of peripherals and host ports. The 12 m length removes limitations imposed by typical short cables without requiring networked adapters or additional drivers.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers, scanners and external drives located away from the computer
• Extending the reach of keyboards, mice and other peripherals for workstations
• Temporary setups for presentations or events where devices must be placed at a distance
• Home or office configurations where cable routing requires longer runs

Key specifications

• Connectors: USB A male to USB A female
• USB version: USB 2.0 (High Speed)
• Maximum data transfer rate: 0.48 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 12 m
• Colour: Black
• Active repeater included to maintain signal quality over extended length

How to use

Plug the USB A male connector into the host computer or powered USB hub and connect the USB A female end to the device's USB cable or plug. Ensure secure connections at both ends and avoid sharp bends or heavy tension along the cable run. If using devices that draw power from the USB port, confirm that the host provides sufficient current; some high-power devices may require an externally powered hub.

Recommendations

For best performance, route the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large motors, fluorescent lighting or unshielded AC wiring. When connecting power-hungry devices, use a powered USB hub near the device to ensure stable operation. Periodically inspect connectors for damage and avoid kinking the cable to preserve the repeater and signal integrity.
