ARCTIC’s versatile assortment of PC fans are both quiet and powerful. We have the right options for any application or need, in sizes from 80 to 140 mm. Plus, our case fans are equipped with state-of-the-art engine technology, innovative fan blades and high quality bearings, making them particularly durable and efficient.
DESIGNED FOR CONTINUOUS OPERATION
The impeller of the S4028-6K is held in place by two ball bearings and is therefore particularly durable and less sensitive to external influences such as heat and dust.
FULL CONTROL WITH A WIDE SPEED RANGE
The S4028-6K has a very wide speed range that can be regulated via PWM and voltage. With its 6000 rpm max, it offers a good balance between cooling power and noise.
HIGH AIRFLOW AND STATIC PRESSURE
With a static pressure of 4.2 mm/H2O and a maximum airflow of 12.06 m³/h, the S4028-6K is a true all-rounder and is suitable as both a radiator and case fan.
WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS
The S4028-6K fits into 1U server cases and can serve as a replacement fan for routers, switches and NAS. It can also be used for other products such as DVRs, mini PCs, HTPCs, hard drive enclosures and 3D printers.
FLEXIBLE CONNECTION OPTIONS
The fan has a standard 4-pin fan connector and can also be connected to and controlled on 2-pin or 3-pin headers, while the 40cm cable allows a lot of flexibility in positioning.
How to use
Install the ARCTIC S4028-6K in the designated fan slot or bracket within the chassis, ensuring correct airflow direction for your cooling layout. Connect to a compatible fan header or power source matching the fan's voltage and control specifications. Secure the fan with screws or mounting hardware appropriate to the device. Configure fan speed control through the system BIOS, fan controller or software to take advantage of the 250–6000 RPM range.
Recommendations
Choose lower RPM settings for quieter background operation and increase RPM when higher cooling performance is required. Regularly inspect and clean the fan from dust to maintain airflow and prolong bearing life.
