Výstupná skrinka do racku helos 1U pre optické vlákno (LWL) 19 palcov sivá

helos Breakout Box 1U is a 19" rack-mount enclosure designed for fiber optic cable management and breakout in server rooms, telecommunication cabinets and data centers. The compact gray 1U housing organises and protects fiber connections, provides routing paths for fiber runs and creates a neat termination area for connector breakout. The design is neutral with an open internal space that does not assume specific adapter types, allowing flexible use with adapters or pigtails as required.

Advantages

The 1U form factor saves rack space while offering a standardized mounting footprint compatible with 19" racks. The enclosure provides protection from accidental strain and mechanical damage during maintenance and reconfiguration. Its neutral internal layout supports various adapter and cable termination options, simplifying installation and future changes. The gray finish is suitable for mixed-equipment environments and helps maintain a consistent visual appearance in racks.

Suitable for

• Fiber breakout and termination in server rooms
• Organising fiber patching in telecom cabinets
• Compact fiber management in data center racks
• Temporary or permanent consolidation points for pigtails and adapters

Key specifications

• Mounting: 19" rack, 1U height
• Colour: gray
• Function: fiber optic breakout and cable management enclosure
• Form factor: compact 1U tray suitable for multiple termination layouts
• Material: metal housing designed for rack installation

How to use

Install the breakout box into a free 1U position in a standard 19" rack using compatible rack screws. Route incoming fiber cables into the enclosure, secure them to strain-relief points or cable anchors as available, and perform connector breakout or splicing inside the housing. Use adapter panels or pigtails according to the chosen termination scheme, keeping bend radii within recommended limits. After termination, tidy and secure excess patch cords or pigtails to maintain order and allow easy access for future work.

Recommendations

Maintain proper bend radius for all fiber runs, avoid excessive mechanical stress on connectors and secure cables to prevent movement. Use compatible adapters or pigtails and ensure cable routing does not obstruct adjacent rack equipment. For installations in active environments, label connections and follow site-specific grounding and safety procedures.
