Sieťový kábel Goobay 1,5 m Cat5e UTP biely

The Goobay 1.5m Cat5e UTP networking cable provides a straightforward solution for wired Ethernet connections. Fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a 1.5 meter length, this white Cat5e cable is designed to deliver reliable data transmission for typical home and small office networks. It is suitable for connecting computers, routers, switches, modems and other Ethernet-enabled devices where stable, low-latency links are required.

Advantages

This Cat5e UTP cable supports standard Ethernet data rates up to 1000 Mbps under appropriate network conditions and is constructed to reduce crosstalk using unshielded twisted pairs. The molded RJ-45 connectors ensure a secure plug fit and consistent contact, while the 1.5 m length offers flexibility without excessive slack. The neutral white jacket helps the cable integrate visually into domestic and professional interiors.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops and network printers to routers or switches
• Linking routers and modems in home broadband setups
• Patch connections within small office structured cabling
• Temporary or semi-permanent network links where a short indoor cable is needed

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e (Unshielded Twisted Pair)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Conductor configuration: 4 pairs, 8 conductors
• Colour: white
• Typical supported speeds: up to 1 Gbps in compliant networks
• Application environment: indoor Ethernet and patching

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet port until the latch clicks. Use the cable to link network devices such as a computer to a router or a switch to a modem. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, heavy compression or proximity to high-voltage power lines to maintain signal integrity. When disconnecting, press the connector latch and pull the plug straight out to avoid damaging the clip or port.

Recommendations

For best performance, use Cat5e cable for runs up to 100 meters within structured cabling; for higher performance or longer runs consider Cat6 or higher. Keep the cable away from sources of electromagnetic interference such as large motors or fluorescent lighting fixtures. Check connectors for secure seating after installation and replace the cable if the jacket is damaged.
