Zariadenie na ťahanie a zavádzanie káblov Cimco 141650

The Cable Puller-Feeder Cimco 141650 is a fiberglass rod system designed for pulling and feeding cables through conduits and confined spaces. With a total rod length of 50 meters and a black-and-red finish, the tool combines tensile strength and flexibility to navigate bends and long runs while supporting a range of cable types. The construction emphasizes durability and resistance to common site wear, making it suitable for repeated installation tasks in residential, commercial, and light-industrial settings.

Advantages

The fiberglass construction provides a balance between rigidity and flexibility, allowing the rod to push through bends without kinking while returning to straight alignment for controlled feeding. The 50 m rod length reduces the need for multiple extensions on longer runs, improving efficiency. The compact, color-contrasted design aids visibility during work and simplifies handling on job sites. Components and connections are designed to maintain secure coupling under tension and repeated use.

Suitable for

• Pulling and guiding electrical cables through conduit and trunking
• Feeding fiber optic or low-voltage cables in residential and commercial buildings
• Working in crawlspaces, ceilings, and wall cavities where flexibility is required
• Maintenance and retrofit installations that require long reach without frequent assembly

Key specifications

• Rod material: fiberglass for strength and flexibility
• Total rod length: 50 meters
• Color: black and red finish for improved visibility
• Design: push/pull cable feeder configuration suitable for conduit and tight spaces

How to use

Extend the fiberglass rod assembly to reach the desired distance, ensuring each section is securely connected according to the product coupling system. Feed the rod through the conduit or cavity while guiding it by hand; apply steady pressure to advance and avoid sudden bends that could cause damage. Attach the cable to the rod end fitting using the appropriate eyelet or clamp, then pull or push the cable through while controlling feed tension. After use, collapse the rod sections, clean any debris, and store the kit in a dry place to preserve material properties.

Recommendations

Inspect the rod sections and couplings before each use for cracks, frays, or loose connections. Avoid exposing the fiberglass rod to open flame or prolonged chemical contact. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow conduit fill and cable bending radius guidelines to prevent cable damage during installation.
