Zmršťovacia bužírka HellermannTyton 323-20500, čierna, dĺžka 1 m, Ø min 5 mm, Ø max 16 mm, balenie 8 ks

HellermannTyton heat shrink tube 323-20500 is a black electrical insulation sleeve supplied as eight 1 m lengths. Designed to shrink around cables, joints and terminations, the tubing covers diameters from 5 mm to 16 mm before shrinkage and provides mechanical protection, electrical insulation and environmental sealing for wiring work. The product is suitable for repair, bundling and strain relief tasks across automotive, industrial and household applications where a durable, heat-activated sleeve is required.

Advantages

The tubing offers reliable electrical insulation and mechanical protection in a compact, easy-to-handle format. Its heat-shrink properties allow a tight conformal fit that reduces the risk of exposed conductors and improves cable routing neatness. Supplied in a pack of eight 1 m pieces, the product supports multiple repair or installation jobs and reduces preparation time. The black colour provides a neutral, professional appearance and helps mask dirt and abrasion.

Suitable for

• Repairing damaged cable insulation on automotive wiring
• Bundling and organising wire looms in industrial equipment
• Insulating soldered joints and terminations
• Providing strain relief for connectors and cable entries
• Home electrical maintenance and DIY wiring tasks

Key specifications

• Colour: black
• Length per piece: 1 m
• Quantity in pack: 8 pieces
• Nominal diameter range before shrinking: 5 mm – 16 mm
• Intended function: electrical insulation, mechanical protection, strain relief

How to use

Cut an appropriate length of heat shrink tubing to fully cover the target area with a small overlap at each end. Slide the tubing over the cable or joint, position it centrally and apply heat evenly using a heat gun or controlled flame source until the tubing uniformly contracts and conforms to the substrate. Allow the tubing to cool and verify that it has formed a tight seal around the conductor and any splices or connectors. Ensure that any heat source is used following safety precautions to avoid damage to surrounding materials.

Recommendations

For best results, use a temperature-controlled heat gun to achieve uniform shrinkage and avoid local overheating. Select tubing length and positioning to ensure full coverage of exposed areas and consider additional adhesive-lined products if moisture sealing is required.
