ACT 7 metrov multimódový 50/125 OM4 polarita B optický patch kábel s MTP konektormi samica

The ACT 7m Multimode 50/125 OM4 fiber patch cable with MTP female connectors is designed for high-density, high-performance optical links. With a 50 µm core and OM4 grading, the cable supports increased bandwidth and extended reach for short-reach multimode applications. Its construction and connector type suit modern data centre and enterprise network topologies where multiple fibers and polarity management are required.

Advantages

This multimode OM4 cable provides improved modal bandwidth compared with OM3, enabling higher data rates over longer distances in short-range applications. The MTP female connectors allow for multi-fiber terminations and compact rack-side connections. The 7 meter length gives flexibility in deployment between racks and equipment while maintaining consistent signal integrity. Built for typical data centre environments, the cable offers straightforward polarity B wiring for predictable channel mapping.

Suitable for

• Inter-rack connections in data centres
• Server to switch links in enterprise networks
• High-density patching panels and cassette systems
• Short-reach 40/100 Gigabit Ethernet multimode applications

Key specifications

• Fiber type: Multimode
• Core/cladding diameter: 50/125 µm
• OM grade: OM4
• Connector type: MTP female
• Polarity: B
• Length: 7 m

How to use

Install the fiber patch cable by aligning and seating the MTP female connectors into compatible MTP male adapters or direct-connect ports on transceivers and patch panels. Ensure correct polarity B orientation according to your link plan to maintain transmit/receive alignment. Route the cable avoiding tight bends and maintain bend radius recommendations; secure with appropriate cable management to prevent strain on connectors and fibers. Test the installed link with an optical test kit to verify attenuation and continuity before final commissioning.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable in a clean environment, protect connector endfaces with dust caps until installation, and follow manufacturer guidelines for bend radius and connector mating cycles to ensure reliable performance in data centre and enterprise deployments.
