ACT čierna 3 metre LSZH U/UTP CAT6 dátové centrum Slimline patch kábel, bez jazýčka s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Black 3 meter LSZH U/UTP CAT6 patch cable is a slimline data center Ethernet cable designed for high-speed data transmission in confined spaces. With a reduced diameter compared to regular CAT6 patch cords, this cable improves airflow inside cabinets while providing reliable connectivity via snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts. The LSZH jacket offers low-smoke, flame-retardant properties suitable for installations where reduced toxic emissions are required.

Advantages

The slimline 3.8 mm diameter of this U/UTP CAT6 cable reduces bending radius and cable bulk, enabling denser routing and improved cabinet airflow. U/UTP construction minimises external interference for stable signal performance. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts ensure consistent contact quality and corrosion resistance. The LSZH outer jacket reduces smoke and harmful gases in case of fire.

Suitable for

• Data centre patching where space and airflow are critical
• High-density network cabinets and rack installations
• Short to medium permanent link connections up to recommended lengths for 28 AWG-equivalent cables
• Environments requiring low-smoke (LSZH) cable jackets

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with overall drain)
• Length: 3 m
• Diameter (slimline): approx. 3.8 mm (smaller than standard ~5.9 mm)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket: LSZH (low smoke zero halogen)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Route the ACT Black 3 m LSZH U/UTP CAT6 cable between network ports, ensuring gentle bends and avoiding sharp kinks to preserve cable integrity and performance. Insert RJ45 plugs fully into switches, patch panels or network devices until the latch clicks. For best performance in PoE deployments, follow the manufacturer’s guidance on bundle sizes and installation practices.

Recommendations

Although standards typically specify 22–26 AWG patch cords, this slimline product uses smaller conductor geometry similar to 28 AWG cables, which increases attenuation at higher frequencies. To accommodate this, limit the permanent link length compared with standard 24 AWG patchcords and restrict PoE bundles to a maximum of 24 cables to help control temperature rise (ANSI TSB-184-A limits a centre-cable temperature increase to less than 15 °C above ambient).
