ACT čierny 5 metrov LSZH U/FTP CAT6A DataCenter Slimline patch kábel snagless s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Black 5 meter LSZH U/FTP CAT6A patch cable is a slimline data center Ethernet cable designed for high-speed connections in confined spaces. With a 3.8 mm diameter and U/FTP shielding, it reduces interference while offering improved airflow in server cabinets compared with regular 6A patch cords. The LSZH jacket lowers smoke and toxicity in case of fire, and the cable includes snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for reliable connectivity.

Advantages

The slim 3.8 mm diameter and lower bending radius allow denser routing and better airflow in racks and cabinets. U/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external interference. LSZH outer material provides reduced smoke and toxic emissions in indoor installations. Gold-plated contacts and snagless RJ45 plugs ensure stable connections and easy handling.

Suitable for

• High-speed data transmission in data centers and server rooms
• Dense cable routing and cabinets with limited space
• Indoor installations requiring low-smoke, low-toxicity materials
• Short patch links where slimline cabling and reduced airflow obstruction are priorities

How to use

Install the patch cable between network equipment ports (RJ45) ensuring connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable following rack pathways and avoid sharp bends; the slimline design permits tighter bends than standard 6A cords, but maintain gentle curves to minimize signal attenuation. For best performance keep permanent link lengths shorter than when using standard 24 AWG patch cords, since the 32 AWG construction increases attenuation at higher frequencies.

Recommendations

For PoE deployments, limit bundled cables to a maximum of 24 in a single bundle to prevent excessive temperature rise; this helps comply with ANSI TSB-184-A, which limits temperature increase of the center cable to less than 15 °C above ambient. Use the ACT slimline CAT6A patch cable for short, high-density runs where improved airflow and low-smoke jacket properties are required.
