ACT ivory 3 metre SF/UTP CAT5E patch kábel s ochrannou priechodkou proti zlomeniu a RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Ivory 3 meter SF/UTP CAT5E patch cable with snagless RJ45 connectors is a flexible networking cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections over a 3 m distance. Its S/FTP construction provides foil shielding around each pair and an overall braid to reduce electromagnetic interference, while the snagless RJ45 boots protect the connector latch during installation and removal. The white jacket offers a discreet appearance suitable for visible runs in home and office environments.

Advantages

This CAT5E patch cable combines pair-level foil shielding with an overall screen to limit crosstalk and external noise, improving signal integrity in environments with potential interference. The snagless RJ45 connectors protect the clip from catching on cable management, patch panels or ports during routing. At 3 meters length the cable is long enough for most desk-to-switch connections while remaining manageable and easy to route under desks or along walls.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, printers or IP phones to a network switch or patch panel
• Home and small office Ethernet wiring where reduced interference is required
• Temporary setups, meeting rooms and hot-desk areas needing tidy visible cabling

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT5E
• Shielding: S/FTP (foil around each pair + overall braid)
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ45 to RJ45, snagless boots
• Color: White
• Intended use: Ethernet LAN patching, up to CAT5E performance

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other connector into a switch, router or wall outlet port. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure latch. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, excessive tension and sources of strong electromagnetic fields. For rack or patch-panel installations, guide the cable through cable management channels and secure it with appropriate ties rather than pulling on the connector.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for extended distances and maintain bend radii consistent with standard networking cabling practice. Use the cable for CAT5E-class network links and replace with a higher category cable only if higher bandwidth or future-proofing is required.
