ACT oranžový 3 m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A slimline patch kábel pre dátové centrum bez zaťahovacej poistky s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Orange 3m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Patch Cable Snagless RJ45 (DC7103) is a slimline datacenter patch cord designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. With a 3 m length, LSZH jacket and U/FTP shielding, this orange CAT6A cable supports reliable data transmission in rack and cabinet environments while reducing smoke emission in case of fire. The cable uses snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts for secure mating and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

The slimline design has a smaller diameter (approximately 3.8 mm) compared with regular CAT6A patch cords, which lowers the required bending radius and improves airflow inside server racks and network cabinets. U/FTP shielding helps protect against crosstalk and external interference. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic fumes and smoke generation in confined or sensitive spaces. Gold-plated contacts ensure stable connectivity and resist corrosion.

Suitable for

• Datacenter patching and top-of-rack connections
• High-density rack and cabinet installations where airflow optimization is important
• Environments requiring low-smoke, halogen-free cabling (LSZH)
• General Ethernet linking between network equipment using RJ45 ports

Key specifications

• Product: ACT Orange 3m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Patch Cable Snagless RJ45 (MPN DC7103)
• Length: 3 m
• Cable type: U/FTP, CAT6A
• Jacket: LSZH (low smoke, zero halogen)
• Diameter: slimline ≈ 3.8 mm (smaller than standard CAT6A ~5.9 mm)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless design, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to your switch, patch panel or network device and the other end to the corresponding port on the server, NIC or equipment. Route the slimline cable through rack vertical or horizontal cable management channels, keeping bend radius within recommended limits. Do not exceed connector pull or twisting forces when inserting or removing the snagless plugs.

Recommendations

ACT recommends keeping PoE cable bundles to a maximum of 24 slimline CAT6A cables to limit temperature rise. Using 32 AWG conductors is possible but increases attenuation at higher frequencies; ISO/IEC and TIA standards typically specify 22–26 AWG for patch cords. Monitor bundle size and ambient temperature to ensure the center cable temperature increase remains within ANSI TSB-184-A limits (less than 15 °C above ambient).
