ACT ružový 2 metre LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Slimline patch kábel pre dátové centrum snagless s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Pink 2 meter LSZH U/FTP CAT6A datacenter slimline patch cable with snagless RJ45 connectors is a slim-diameter Ethernet cable designed for datacenter and network cabinet use. With a 3.8 mm diameter it is noticeably thinner than regular CAT6A patch cords, improving cable routing and airflow in server racks. The cable uses U/FTP shielding and supports high-speed data transfer while meeting safety requirements through its LSZH jacket. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ45 plugs deliver reliable connectivity.

Advantages

The slimline 3.8 mm construction reduces bend radius and saves space inside network cabinets, helping to maintain better airflow compared with thicker CAT6A cords. LSZH jacket material lowers the risk from smoke and toxic gases in case of fire. Snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts provide secure mating and corrosion-resistant contact performance. The U/FTP shielding offers improved protection against external interference for stable high-frequency transmission.

Suitable for

• Datacenter patching and server rack cable management
• High-density network cabinets and horizontal cable runs
• Environments requiring low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) materials
• Short links and patch panels where space and airflow are critical

How to use

Route the slimline cable between network devices, patch panels and switches as you would with standard patch cords, taking advantage of the reduced diameter to improve bend management and rack airflow. Insert RJ45 connectors fully into the appropriate ports until they click. Avoid excessive sharp bends; follow manufacturer bend-radius guidance where available. For PoE deployments, keep bundle sizes within recommended limits to control temperature rise.

Recommendations

Although standards typically specify 22–26 AWG for patch cords, slimline cables may use thinner conductors (for example around 32 AWG), which can increase attenuation at higher frequencies. ACT advises a maximum bundle size of 24 cables for PoE applications to limit cable temperature rise (ANSI TSB-184-A limits temperature increase to less than 15 °C above ambient for the center cable in a bundle).
