ACT slonovina 1,5 metra SF/UTP CAT5E patch kábel bez ochrany západky s RJ45 konektormi

The ACT Ivory 1.5m SF/UTP CAT5E patch cable with RJ45 connectors is a 1.5 metre network cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections in home and office environments. Constructed as S/FTP (braided shield with foil-wrapped pairs) and equipped with snagless RJ45 plugs with gold-plated contacts, this CAT5E cable offers stable high-speed data transfer while reducing electromagnetic interference. The ivory-coloured jacket provides a discreet, neutral look that fits into a variety of installations.

Advantages

This patch cable combines S/FTP shielding and foil-wrapped pairs to minimise crosstalk and external interference, improving signal integrity over the specified length. Snagless RJ45 connectors protect the clip during installation and removal, and gold-plated contacts improve conductivity and resist corrosion for longer connector life. The 1.5 m length balances reach and cable management, while the ivory colour helps the cable blend with light-coloured walls and equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches, routers and patch panels in LANs
• Office and home network patching where short to medium cable runs are required
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is important
• Clean visible installations that benefit from a neutral ivory colour

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT5E
• Shielding: S/FTP (braided overall shield with foil-wrapped pairs)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ45 to RJ45, snagless design
• Contacts: gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Colour: ivory

How to use

Insert each RJ45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on devices such as switches, routers, computers or patch panels until the connector latch clicks into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and areas with strong electromagnetic sources for optimal signal performance. When disconnecting, press the snagless clip release and pull the connector straight out to avoid damaging the clip or port. Use cable management accessories to secure and separate the cable from power lines and other potential interference sources.

Recommendations

For best results, use this CAT5E S/FTP patch cable for network segments requiring reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance over short to medium distances. Avoid routing the cable alongside high-voltage power lines and maintain bend radii larger than the cable diameter to preserve signal quality and connector integrity.
