BlueOptics 10GB-F03-SFPP-BO InfiniBand/optický kábel 3 m SFP+ oranžový

The BlueOptics 10GB-F03-SFPP-BO InfiniBand/fibre optic cable 3 m SFP+ Orange is a 3-metre multimode fibre cable with SFP+ compatible connectors designed for high-speed data transmission in data centers, server rooms and network racks. The cable uses SFP+ style terminations and a male-to-male connection format to link switches, network interface cards and optical transceivers over short distances. Its orange jacket identifies it as a multimode fibre cable and aids visual cable management in dense installations.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable supports 10 Gbit/s data rates and low-latency links suitable for InfiniBand and Ethernet SFP+ ports. The 3 m length provides flexibility for rack-to-rack or within-rack connections while avoiding excess slack. The SFP+ compatible connectors deliver a reliable physical mating interface, and the durable outer jacket protects the optical fibres from abrasion and handling during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Connecting SFP+ ports on switches, servers and transceivers
• Short-distance links in data centres and server rooms
• High-speed InfiniBand or 10 Gigabit Ethernet interconnects
• Patch panels and within-rack cable routing

Key specifications

• Length: 3 metres
• Connector type: SFP+/SFP+ male-to-male
• Cable type: multimode fibre (orange jacket)
• Supported data rate: up to 10 Gbit/s
• Intended use: short-range optical interconnects

How to use

Install by inserting each SFP+ connector firmly into the corresponding SFP+ transceiver or port until the connector latches. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep bend radius within manufacturer-recommended limits to prevent signal loss. For best performance, ensure transceivers at both ends support multimode operation and matching fibre parameters. Label both ends as needed for identification in patch panels or rack deployments.

Recommendations

Use this 3 m SFP+ multimode cable for short, high-bandwidth links where 10 Gbit/s performance and low latency are required. Avoid running alongside high-voltage power lines, protect connectors with dust caps when not in use, and follow rack cable-management practices to maintain signal integrity and simplify maintenance.
