BlueOptics BO282803L30M-BO InfiniBand sklenené vlákno kábel 30 m QSFP28

The BlueOptics BO282803L30M-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable 30 m QSFP28 is a single cable solution for high-speed connections in data centres and enterprise networks. With QSFP28 connectors on both ends and a 30-metre length, the cable supports short- to mid-range interconnects between switches, servers and storage devices. The male-to-male connector layout provides straightforward plug-and-play connectivity for InfiniBand links that require reliable low-latency data transmission.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable offers consistent signal integrity over a 30 m distance and is designed to meet the performance requirements of InfiniBand networks. The QSFP28 terminations enable high-density port usage and compatibility with QSFP28 ports on modern network equipment. The optical design minimises attenuation and supports stable throughput, while the robust cable construction helps protect against physical wear and bend stress in typical rack and cabinet environments.

How to use

Install the BlueOptics QSFP28 cable by inserting each QSFP28 plug into the corresponding QSFP28 port until it clicks into place, ensuring proper alignment to avoid connector damage. Route the cable through cable management trays or along rack sides to maintain bend radius and avoid sharp kinks. Verify link status on the connected devices and, if necessary, consult the equipment manuals to confirm the correct port settings for InfiniBand operation.

Recommendations

To maintain optimal performance, avoid tight bends and excessive mechanical stress, keep the cable away from sources of electromagnetic interference, and store spare length coiled loosely. Regularly inspect connectors for dust or contamination and clean with approved fibre-optic cleaning tools before insertion.
