SAS kábel CBO QTAPCABLE-3M-BL 3 m, pre 100 Gbit/s pripojenia

SAS cable CBO QTAPCABLE-3M-BL is a 3-meter data cable engineered for 100 Gbit/s environments. It delivers point-to-point connectivity for servers, storage arrays and network equipment that rely on high-throughput SAS links. The cable length is suitable for rack and data-centre layouts, enabling reliable short-distance transmission and simplified cable routing while maintaining signal integrity for dense installations.

Advantages

The cable supports 100 Gbit/s SAS connectivity over a compact 3 m length, reducing the need for additional patching and minimizing signal loss in short links. Its design facilitates tidy cable management in racks and reduces stress on connectors through an appropriate bend radius. Compatibility with common server and storage hardware makes it a practical choice for data-centre and enterprise deployments.

Suitable for

• Direct server-to-storage connections in rack environments
• Interlinking network equipment within server cabinets
• High-throughput short-distance links in data centres
• Replacing or upgrading existing SAS short-reach cabling

Key specifications

• Data rate: 100 Gbit/s support for SAS links
• Length: 3 metres suitable for rack-to-rack and intra-rack routing
• Connector type: SAS-compatible high-density connectors for server and storage interfaces
• Cable usage: designed for short-reach, high-throughput connections in data-centre environments
• Construction: flexible jacket and specified bend radius for managed installations

How to use

Install the cable by connecting the SAS-compatible connectors to the respective ports on servers, storage arrays or networking gear. Route the cable through rack channels or cable-management accessories to maintain the recommended bend radius and avoid sharp bends. Ensure both ends are fully seated in their ports and fastened according to the host-device guidance. After connection, verify link status in the equipment management interface and run any required diagnostics for throughput and error checks.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the 3 m length for short-distance links within the same rack or adjacent racks, avoid unnecessary extension or repeated adapters, and follow equipment vendor guidance for SAS link configuration and firmware compatibility.
