BlueOptics SFP28-AOC-25M-QN-BO aktívny optický kábel SFP28, 25 m, konektor-konektor, mätová

BlueOptics SFP28-AOC-25M-QN-BO is an active optical cable with SFP28 connectors on both ends, designed for short-reach, high-bandwidth links. The assembly is 25 m long, weighs 0.15 kg and features a mint-coloured jacket. It provides a compact, lightweight connection between compatible SFP28 ports for data center interconnects, server-to-switch links and other high-speed networking applications that require low-latency optical cabling.

Advantages

The active optical cable integrates a transmitter and receiver in each SFP28 module to carry optical signals over multi-mode fiber, allowing reliable 25 Gbit/s per lane transmission across the 25 m length. Its SFP28-to-SFP28 form factor follows common MSA guidelines for straightforward compatibility with devices that accept SFP28 AOC modules. The lightweight construction and fixed length reduce cable clutter and simplify routing in dense rack environments.

Suitable for

• Data center interconnects and top-of-rack connections
• Server-to-switch and switch-to-switch links within a 25 m reach
• High-bandwidth Ethernet and Fibre Channel over Ethernet short-reach connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 25 m
• Connector type: SFP28 to SFP28
• Supported data rate: up to 25 Gbit/s
• Cable type: active optical cable (AOC) with integrated transceivers
• Weight: 0.15 kg
• Colour: mint

How to use

Insert each SFP28 module into the corresponding SFP28 port on your devices until the module latches. Ensure connected equipment supports SFP28 AOC modules and the required 25 Gbit/s link speed. After physical installation, verify link status via device management interfaces and confirm negotiated speed and diagnostics. Handle the cable by the connector housings and avoid excessive bending of the fiber assembly to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable within its 25 m specification and in environments that match the devices' supported operating conditions. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and physical strain, and verify compatibility with your hardware vendor if strict vendor certification is required.
