Brúsna podložka Bosch 2 608 601 185

The Bosch 2 608 601 185 sanding pad is a manual sanding accessory designed to deliver even surface contact across a 150 mm by 150 mm working area. Supplied as a single pad, it fits Bosch-compatible sanding tools and is intended for general-purpose sanding tasks on wood, paint, filler and similar surfaces. The pad is built to withstand repeated use while providing a stable backing for abrasive sheets and enabling consistent sanding results.

Advantages

The sanding pad offers a large, flat sanding surface that helps maintain uniform pressure and even material removal during manual sanding. Its 150 mm square format increases coverage per pass compared with smaller pads, reducing the time needed for flat surfaces. Designed for compatibility with Bosch sanding accessories, the pad provides a durable backing that supports abrasive attachment and resists deformation under normal use.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wood surfaces and furniture components
• Preparing painted surfaces for repainting or touch-ups
• Leveling filler, putty or small surface imperfections
• General-purpose hand sanding of doors, panels and trim

Key specifications

• Working surface dimensions: 150 mm × 150 mm
• Single-piece pack: one sanding pad
• Flat, rigid backing suitable for hand sanding with abrasive sheets
• Compatible with sanding abrasives and Bosch-compatible sanding tool interfaces

How to use

Attach an appropriate abrasive sheet to the pad according to the abrasive manufacturer’s instructions and the pad’s attachment method. Hold the pad with even pressure and move it across the workpiece in consistent strokes, following the grain on wood or working in controlled cross-strokes for painted surfaces. Replace the abrasive sheet when clogged or worn to maintain effective sanding and to avoid uneven results. Inspect the pad periodically for wear or damage and replace it if the backing has warped or is no longer holding the abrasive securely.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer grits to achieve the desired finish: start with coarser paper to remove material, then move to medium and fine grits for smoothing. Keep the sanding surface clean and apply even pressure to avoid creating flat spots or gouges. For large areas, consider using the pad with a compatible sanding tool or a backing block to maintain flatness and reduce fatigue during extended work.
