Brúsny kotúč Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint 2608608X98

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding sheets are designed for long lifetime when sanding wood, veneer and painted or solid surfaces. The electrostatic open-coated surface keeps spaces between the abrasive grains for consistent dust removal and reduced clogging, while the tough abrasive grit resists wear for extended use. These sanding sheets are resin-bonded and mounted on a highly flexible C-/B-paper backing that allows folding without cracking and are compatible with orbital sanders.

Advantages

Electrostatic open coating improves dust extraction and reduces clogging. Durable resin-bonded abrasive grit provides resistance to wear for longer service life. Flexible C-/B-paper backing permits folding and use on contoured surfaces without cracking. Suitable for both wood and painted surfaces, including intermediate sanding of varnish.

Suitable for

• Sanding wood, veneer and solid wood surfaces
• Keying and sanding paint, varnish, filler and primer
• Intermediate sanding of varnish on surfaces
• Sanding after wetting certain materials and smoothing feather edges

Key specifications

How to use

Attach the sanding sheet to a compatible orbital sander following the sander manufacturer’s instructions. Use appropriate grit grade for the task and move the sander evenly across the surface to avoid gouging. For painted or varnished surfaces, perform intermediate sanding with steady, light pressure to achieve a smooth finish. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance declines or clogging reduces effectiveness.

Recommendations

Use dust extraction for improved performance and a cleaner workspace. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection) and select the correct grit for the material and stage of sanding.
