DisplayPort kábel ShiverPeaks 8K 75 m — DisplayPort na DisplayPort, vysokorozlišovací prenos signálu

DisplayPort cable ShiverPeaks 8K 75 m is a long-range DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort connection designed to transmit high-resolution video and multichannel audio over extended distances. Specified for 8K capability and a continuous 75-meter length, this cable is intended for installations where a single-cable link between source and display is required without intermediate signal conversion. The construction supports high-bandwidth display signals and is suitable for professional AV setups, conference rooms, digital signage and control rooms that demand reliable long-run signal delivery.

Advantages

The cable enables the transmission of high-resolution video and audio across a 75 m run while maintaining a DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort connection, minimizing the need for additional adapters or repeaters in many installations. Its specification for 8K-capable signaling provides compatibility with modern high-resolution sources and displays. The single-cable topology reduces installation complexity and cable clutter in permanent or semi-permanent AV layouts, and the robust physical design is intended for fixed installations where stability and continuity of signal are required.

Suitable for

• Long-distance display connections in conference rooms and auditoriums
• Digital signage and video walls requiring a single-cable feed
• Professional AV installations and control room displays
• Workstations or studios where high-resolution signal delivery over extended runs is needed

Key specifications

• Connector type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Maximum supported resolution: Up to 8K (per product specification)
• Cable length: 75 meters
• Signal support: High-bandwidth digital video and multichannel audio transmission
• Application: Fixed long-run AV and display installations

How to use

Connect one end of the DisplayPort cable to the DisplayPort output on the source device (such as a PC, media player or AV matrix) and the other end to the DisplayPort input on the target display or receiver. Ensure connectors are fully seated and secured where applicable. Power on source and display equipment and set the display input to the corresponding DisplayPort port. Configure output resolution and refresh rate on the source device to match the display capabilities and the supported 8K signaling as required. For best results, verify cable routing avoids sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For installations over extended runs, verify source and display compatibility with high-resolution modes, and test the full signal chain before finalizing installation. Avoid excessive bending radius and keep the cable away from high-power electrical cables to reduce interference. In environments with challenging signal-loss conditions, consider signal extenders or active components that are explicitly compatible with 8K DisplayPort signals.
