DRAKA LWL U-DQ(ZN)BH ZB 12G50/125 OM5B univerzálny kábel 3,0 kN modrý OM5 60060674

For high-speed data center and backbone links, the DRAKA 60060674 stands apart as a universal fiber optic cable that combines indoor and outdoor capabilities in a single, robust design. Its 12 OM5 multimode fibers (50/125 µm) support short-wavelength division multiplexing, enabling multiple wavelengths over one pair and future-proofing your infrastructure for 40G, 100G, and beyond. The central loose tube construction with dry water-blocking eliminates messy gels, while the non-metallic glass yarn armor provides rodent protection without grounding concerns. The blue LSZH outer sheath ensures low smoke and zero halogen emission, making it safe for populated areas. With a tensile strength of 3.0 kN, this cable withstands demanding installation pulls.

Highlights

• OM5 multimode fiber: optimized for 850 nm and 953 nm wavelengths, delivering extended reach for SWDM applications.
• Universal indoor/outdoor design: one cable for riser, plenum, and outdoor duct or direct burial (when protected).
• Dry central loose tube: no water-blocking gel, faster and cleaner termination.
• Non-metallic rodent protection: glass yarns provide crush and rodent resistance without metallic elements.
• LSZH blue sheath: low smoke, zero halogen, meets IEC 60332-1-2 flame retardancy.
• High tensile strength: 3.0 kN maximum pulling tension for long, multi-bend installations.

In daily use

Installers appreciate the lightweight yet tough construction. The 12 fibers are color-coded per TIA-598 for quick identification, and the dry core means no messy cleanup. The cable's universal rating simplifies inventory—one SKU for indoor and outdoor runs. Its robust design withstands pulls and rodent attacks, ensuring long-term reliability in challenging environments.
