Flightcase Roadinger 31000710 hliník breza čierna 9,6 kg

The Roadinger flight case model 31000710 combines an aluminium frame with birch plywood panels and a protective black finish. Weighing 9.6 kg, this case is designed to provide sturdy external protection and structural rigidity during transport of equipment. Its construction focuses on impact resistance, secure closure and durability for repeated use in professional transport and storage situations.

Advantages

The aluminium-birch construction offers an optimal balance of strength and manageable weight, while the black surface provides additional resistance to scratches and wear. Reinforced corners and a rigid frame reduce deformation under load. Hardware such as latches and handles is chosen for secure handling and reliable closure during transit. The 9.6 kg weight reflects the solid build without being excessive for manual handling.

How to use

Open the case using the built-in latches and place equipment on interior padding or fitted foam inserts if available. Distribute weight evenly and secure cables and loose accessories to avoid internal movement. Close and latch the case firmly before lifting or stacking. When lifting, use the handles provided and lift with proper technique to avoid strain. For transport in vehicles, position the case so it will not slide or shift during transit.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect latches, handles and edging for wear and tighten or replace fasteners as needed. Use appropriate foam inserts or padding matched to equipment shape to maximize protection. Store the case in a dry environment to prevent long-term moisture exposure to the plywood panels.
