Flightcase Roadinger 31005229 pre 4× LED IP Atmo Blinder — ochranné puzdro na transport, penové vložky

Roadinger flightcase model 31005229 is a protective transport case engineered to carry four LED IP Atmo Blinder fixtures. The case features tailored foam inserts that secure each unit, preventing movement and reducing the risk of impact damage during transport. Its rigid exterior shell and reinforced hardware offer reliable protection for lighting equipment used by touring crews, rental services and event technicians.

Advantages

The flightcase combines dense, pre-cut foam inserts with a hard outer shell to absorb shocks and protect glass, lenses and housing of LED IP Atmo Blinder fixtures. Reinforced edges and sturdy latches provide resistance to drops and vibrations common in road transport. The internal layout allows organized packing of four fixtures while minimizing wasted space, and the case is designed for straightforward handling and stacking.

How to use

Place each LED IP Atmo Blinder into the corresponding foam cavity so the fixture sits snugly and connectors face the intended access points. Close the lid evenly and fasten all latches to ensure the case is sealed and secured for transport. For loading into vehicles, position the case on a stable surface and avoid sudden impacts; use two people for lifting heavier stacked loads to reduce strain and prevent accidental drops.

Recommendations

Store the flightcase in a dry environment to prevent corrosion of hardware. Inspect foam inserts periodically for compression or damage and replace them if they no longer provide a snug fit. When shipping, pad the case within larger crates or place it among other cushioned cargo to minimize direct shocks.
