How to use

Set the frame to the desired size by aligning and locking the fixing notches on the outer upper edge, place the mould on a flat baking support to ensure a waterproof seal, and assemble any required base (tray or baking sheet). Pour or place the prepared mousse, cream or sponge layers into the frame, then chill or bake according to the recipe.
