How to use

Grease the mould before use. Bake the sponge or pastry directly in the fluted mould, then unmould and turn out the tart base before adding the filling. Avoid using metal utensils that could damage the PTFE coating. Use only conventional oven cooking up to the specified maximum temperature.

Recommendations

Wash the mould by hand with a non-abrasive sponge; the mould is not dishwasher-safe. Do not use metal objects in the mould and do not use in a microwave oven.
