Konektor kábla RJ-45 Alcasa GC-N0150

The Alcasa GC-N0150 is a male RJ-45 wire connector finished in silver with an outer diameter of 9 mm. Supplied as a single piece, this connector is intended for terminating RJ-45 cables where a compact, metal-bodied plug is required. It provides a straightforward physical interface for network cabling and is compatible with standard RJ-45 jacks and sockets.

Advantages

The metal silver housing offers mechanical durability and consistent dimensional stability for repeated insertions. Its 9 mm outer diameter gives a slim profile that fits into many cable management paths and tight connector openings. As a single-piece packaged connector, it is convenient for repair, prototyping, or small-scale installation tasks where only one replacement or test connector is needed.

Suitable for

• Repairing or replacing a damaged RJ-45 plug on patch cables
• Building custom Ethernet leads for confined cable routes
• Prototyping network connections or single-cable tests
• Use in equipment or enclosures that require a compact RJ-45 plug

Key specifications

• Connector type: male RJ-45
• Colour: silver metal finish
• Outer diameter: 9 mm
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Compatibility: standard 8P8C RJ-45 jacks and sockets

How to use

Strip the cable jacket and expose the individual conductors according to the wiring standard you require (e.g., T568A or T568B). Arrange and trim the conductors to the correct length, then insert them fully into the connector until the contacts align. Use an appropriate crimping tool or assembly method compatible with metal-bodied RJ-45 plugs to secure the connection. Verify continuity with a cable tester before installing the cable into service.

Recommendations

Ensure you use the connector with compatible cable diameters and observe proper wiring standards for network performance. Avoid excessive force during insertion and crimping to prevent deformation of the metal housing. Test the finished cable for correct pinout and signal continuity before deployment.
