Sieťový kábel Alcasa 8080-F150R červený 15 m Cat8.1 U/FTP

The Alcasa 8080-F150R Red 15m Cat8.1 U/FTP is a high-performance networking cable designed for demanding wired networks. Compliant with the Cat8.1 standard, this straight-through cable delivers very high data transfer rates and stable connectivity over a 15 meter run. It has RJ-45 connectors on both ends with gold-plated contacts and incorporates U/FTP shielding to reduce crosstalk and external interference. The red outer jacket makes the cable easy to identify within patch panels, server rooms, and structured cabling installations.

Advantages

The cable supports elevated bandwidth and data rates suitable for modern network applications, offering robust signal integrity thanks to individually shielded pairs and an overall foil shield. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide improved conductivity and corrosion resistance for reliable long-term use. At 15 meters, the cable balances reach and performance for connections between racks, switches, and workstations. The red color aids visual management and quick identification in multisystem environments.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet links in data centres and server rooms
• Connections between switches, patch panels, and network appliances
• Workstation or home office setups requiring high bandwidth
• Environments where cable identification and organized cabling are needed

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Cat8.1
• Length: 15 m
• Cable type: Straight-through
• Shielding: U/FTP (individually shielded pairs with overall foil)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Maximum data rate (vendor-stated): up to 40000 Mbit/s
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Color: Red

How to use

Route the Alcasa Cat8.1 cable between the two network endpoints ensuring the cable is not bent beyond its minimum bend radius and is kept clear of sources of electromagnetic interference where possible. Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports until the retaining clip clicks. For structured cabling, label each end as required and secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories. Verify the connection and link speed using network equipment diagnostics or testing tools.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short to medium runs up to 15 m in high-performance network zones. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimize interference. For permanent installations, combine with patch panels and strain-relief management to preserve connector integrity and cable shielding.
