How to use

Choose the SINGER Denim Needle 100/16 when working with medium to heavy fabrics. Turn off the machine before replacing the needle, remove the old needle and insert the new one with the flat side of the shank oriented as required by your machine manual. Tighten the needle clamp securely and test-stitch on a scrap of the same fabric to check tension and stitch quality before beginning your project.

Recommendations

Use an appropriate thread weight for heavy fabrics and adjust machine tension and presser foot pressure as needed. Replace needles regularly—especially after noticeable wear or after finishing several thick layers—to maintain stitch quality and avoid fabric damage.
