Káblová očková koncovka Cimco 180468 priemer otvoru 6,5 mm pocínovaná

Cimco 180468 ring terminal is a compact electrical connector designed to create secure, low-resistance connections in wiring applications. The terminal features a 6.5 mm mounting hole and a tin-plated finish that improves electrical conductivity and offers basic protection against corrosion. Manufactured for straightforward installation, this ring terminal suits a wide range of domestic and light-industrial wiring tasks where a durable bolted connection is required.

Advantages

The tin plating provides improved contact conductivity and helps resist oxidation over time, while the ring shape ensures a stable mechanical and electrical connection when fastened with a bolt or screw. Its 6.5 mm hole diameter is compatible with common stud and screw sizes used in household and automotive panels. The terminal’s compact form factor allows for neat routing and secure attachment in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Electrical connections on household appliances and control panels
• Automotive and marine wiring where a bolted connection is needed
• Grounding and earthing points requiring a reliable mechanical joint
• Repair and maintenance of power distribution in small equipment

Key specifications

• Mounting hole diameter: 6.5 mm
• Plating: tin
• Type: ring terminal
• Material: conductive metal with corrosion-resistant coating
• Connection method: crimped conductor to ring lug

How to use

Strip the insulation from the conductor to the appropriate length, insert the exposed conductor into the terminal barrel, and crimp firmly using a suitable crimping tool to form a gas-tight joint. Place the ring over the desired stud or screw and tighten with the appropriate fastener to secure electrical and mechanical contact. Ensure the conductor size is compatible with the terminal barrel before crimping and verify the connection for continuity and mechanical stability after installation.

Recommendations

Use a properly sized crimping tool and inspect tin-plated surfaces for damage before assembly. For environments with elevated corrosion risk, consider additional protective measures such as insulating boots or anti-corrosive compounds applied according to manufacturer guidelines.
